More than 250 youth, ages 13 to 18 from across the U.S. Virgin Islands participated in the first Football & Life Skills Camp, which was produced by Youth Lifeline America (YLA).  The camp included NFL football players, including two-time Superbowl Champion, and founder of YLA, Roland Williams, Football Hall of Famer, Floyd LIttle and many others. In addition to these notable celebrities, many community leaders and business persons served as facilitators, mentors and speakers.  The camp also included a series of life skills sessions on such subjects as financial literacy, mentorship and citizenship. At the end of the camp, each youth received a pair of Nike shoes.
