The Final Flight of the Space Shuttle Atlantis
I am Samuel C. Harrell, founder of ueSolutions. The final flight of the Space Shuttle Atlantis on July 8, 2011 has great meaning for me. I was a mission support computer specialist at Goddard Space Center in 1979 for the Space Shuttle Test Flight. Although it wasn't a mission into space, from atop a 747, it was the first time the Shuttle ever took flight.

What an exciting experience for an at-risk kid that grow up in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in the 1960s!
